At Areteworks, we define innovation as developing intuitive products that people want to use. We accomplish that by understanding our clients' needs, their business goals and their customers. We then customize the User Interface program to fit our clients' needs. We have worked with clients from a one day usability assessment to a multi-year User Interface development program.
To design successful products we need to understand the end users. We collect this information from our clients and attend actual sites to gain an understanding of their cognitive tasks, nature of their work and identify problems and needs of their current system.
After understanding the users, we begin creating the use case scenarios and storyboards. The goal in creating the storyboards is to examine alternatives in which the user interacts with the system. In parallel, we will explore alternative approaches to the visual graphics of the system.
Paper storyboards are then quickly and cost effectively converted to semi-interactive models. Since, this is the first time clients see their product "working" we get insightful feedback from clients and from end users.
Our design documentation is very comprehensive that provides to the pixel accuracy. We have worked with many development teams and have provided efficient documentation and interactive prototypes that will expedite the development effort.
We work with your team to resolve any final design changes and help them with technical constraints. Our team can also work with third party development vendors to ensure the fidelity of the design.
