The challenge lay in addressing the complexity of orthodontic workflows. Areteworks’ ethnography experts conducted Healthcare UX research in orthodontist offices nationwide, gaining deep insights into how practitioners managed patient treatment plans, tracked orders, and navigated alerts. We discovered significant pain points: scattered workflows, time-consuming searches, and difficulty in maintaining accuracy across patient records.
INNOVATIVE HEALTHCARE APP
Solution
Using our proven Healthcare UX design process, Areteworks applied Design Thinking from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes with rapid usability testing. We developed an intuitive dashboard design that gave orthodontists quick visibility into appointments and office assignments. Attaching photos to patient cases was simplified, and notifications became easier to manage. The result was an orthodontic app with streamlined workflows, improved accuracy, and enhanced patient care.
